What are your business hours?
We have a 7-day online presence. Support for the contact center is offered from Monday through Saturday from 08:00 am to 5.00 pm. Deliveries will be made every day from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For deliveries within Nairobi, Monday through Saturday, if you place your order between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, it will be delivered within 7 hours. If you order after 5 p.m., delivery will take place the next day. Deliveries are made for orders outside of Nairobi after 24 hours.
When delivery is complete and ready for pickup, a confirmation will be sent to your cell phone.
In an emergency, our online store might not have the necessary solution.

Are the drugs sold at Orion Pharmacy safe?

What happens if I can’t find the goods or meds I need on your website?

How is my order packaged?

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within four hours if you place it for delivery within Nairobi between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. from Sunday to Monday. Is it possible to cancel my order after it has been charged?
You won’t be able to cancel your order once you’ve confirmed and checked out because it will have already been sent. Before finalizing, double-check the goods in your cart.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

How will I confirm that my order has not been tampered with?
The tamper-proof seal on your order should still be in place when you pick it up. Additionally, you can confirm the legitimacy of your purchase by:
- Using the built-in scanner of the mobile application to read the QR code
- By texting 70077 the hidden code that was disclosed after the seal was broken.
- By keying in the secret number in the web portal’s and mobile application’s confirm your medicines field
What do I need to collect my order?
At your collection location, you must present one of the following:
Original copies of your prescriptions (required for medications on a prescription basis) and/or delivery confirmation SMSs with the order number.
