St. John’s Wort is also known as Hypericum perforatum. St. John’s Wort tablets are made using the finest aerial parts of St. John’s Wort plant. The plant itself, characterised by its beautiful yellow flowers, has been used traditionally for hundreds of years by continental Europeans, and its usages are documented as far back as Hippocrates.

Natures Aid UCalm St Johns Wort is a traditional herbal medicine used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety. Each film-coated UCalm tablet contains 300mg of extract (as dry extract) from St John’s Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.) (5-7:1) (equivalent to 1500 – 2100mg St. John’s Wort). You can be assured that UCalm is both vegan friendly and free from common allergens such as gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, or nuts.

Like all medicines UCalm can cause side effects for some users. Possible side effects may include digestive upset, allergic skin reactions and itching of the skin.  If you experience an allergic skin reaction, you should stop taking the product.
