Recommended Use
- For creatine loading: for the first 5 days of use, take 2 Scoops 3 times per day with 400 – 450 ml of Water.
- For creatine level maintenance: after 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 Serving Daily with 400 – 450 ml of Water.
- During loading and maintenance: take 1 of the servings before and/or after training.
