Recommended Use
- Mix 2 scoops (36 g) into 200–250 ml of cold water.
For an optimal 40 g protein double serving
- Mix 4 scoops (72 g) into 400–500 ml of cold water.
- Mix in a shaker or blender for 30–40 seconds.
- Take one serving within 30 minutes after workouts
- Adjust your protein intake from 1 to 3 servings depending on your requirements
